Cooking classes for fun!

  • COOKING CLASS: groups up to 16 will, step by step, enjoy the food preparation of a classic Italian meal. My teaching method it’s interactive: “hands on, eat all”. You’ll soon discover that Italian food is easy, healthy and …not really like you see on TV Shows…
  • ONE-O-ONE TUTORING: You’ll have an Italian chef at your place, teaching step-by-step easy and delicious meal. I’ll focus on individual needs and with one-o-one approach we will accelerate and maximize the learning process in minimum time. The result will be surprising: you’ll amaze family and friends with your new cooking skills.

  • TEAM BUILDING EXPERIENCE (ABERDEEN): My motto is “unite teams through hands-on cooking”. My hands-on cooking events encourage team building activities, improving communication and mutual support while whipping, mixing and messing up in my kitchen. I want to learn more

Why should you come and have fun cooking

  • Group of friends : minimum number required 6. Book your day and come along with your friends. Classes are always followed by a 3 courses dinner.
  • Girls Sunday out: minimum number required 6: do something different with your girlfriends. Cooking together is fun but the after class lunch (three courses) is even better.
  • Couples: it’s a perfect class to enjoy cooking together and see how the other half manages chopping onions without crying like a baby.
  • Special occasions: if you want to celebrate a birthday, then we will celebrate al together with a cake and a glass of bubbly included in the price
  • Moms and daughters/sons: enjoy cooking together, and consider it as “team building/bonding” activity. Special prices for this class. (47£ couple)

Italian Bakery Class

Three hours workshop for passionate bakers, open to any skill level.

We will cover three deferent products: Ciabatta bread, breadsticks with different flavors: olives, cheese, garlic.

Last, but not least, Pizza. We will cover all about this delicacy.

  • How to prepare the perfect dough

  • Yeast and salt = Jing and Jiang

  • What do I need to transform my house in a perfect “Pizzeria” without selling a kidney?

  • Perfect classic topping

  • Some gourmet topping options (Pineapple not covered).

When: Saturday 19th of May. Two slots classes: 9am to 12am and 1pm to 4pm

How to reach the Kitchen: The kitchen is located just off Battersea Bridge Road, the nearest bus stops are Ethelburga St (stop BH) and Petworth St (stop BF) , the buses stopping nearby are 49, 319 and 345 . There are free parking just outside the location from 5 pm Mon to fri and all day Saturday and Sunday.
