This class it’s open to anyone with any cookery skills. And is recommended to those who already attended Pasta party, where you learned how to prepare fresh tagliatelle using the pasta machine.
Program: we will prepare: ravioli with spinach and ricotta, potato gnocchi AND flour and water gnocchi (known as Malloreddus, typical from Sardinia).
We will then match the right sauce: tomato and sausage for Malloreddus, butter noisette with fresh herbs for Ravioli, pesto for Potato Gnocchi.
Class will be packed with fun, tricks and professional advice on how to get your pasta just perfect.
